SHIPPING
Minimum Shipping Charge is $12.95. Shipping choices stated upon checkout and are customer’s choice of USPS OR FED EX. FOR EXTREMLY LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
Returns: For claims, notify us within 48 hours. No returns on oils, bath products, herbs, incense.

Damage by Carrier: Notify the carrier immediately if the shipping carton shows signs of damage. Most carriers will not honor claims without the original carton and packing material. Please take photographs and save the packaging until the claim is fully processed. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged items.

Foreign Orders: All orders shipped outside the USA and its territories require a minimum of $100.00 US plus shipping.
